Information you enter
The weights, reps, bodyweight and other details you type into the calculator are processed only in your own browser. They are not sent to us, and we do not store them on any server.
Information stored on your device
To make the site more convenient, we save two small preferences in your browser's local storage:
- Your chosen unit (kg or lbs)
- Your chosen color theme (light or dark)
These stay on your device and are never sent to us. You can delete them at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Third-party services we use
Google Fonts

Hosting
Like almost every website, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) in server logs for security and performance.
Analytics and advertising (in the future)
We do not currently use analytics or show ads. However, we may add these in the future to understand how the site is used and to keep it free. If we do:
